I absolutely adored the beautiful decoration of the hotel. The attention to detail in the design made it feel like I was staying in a luxurious and elegant space. The general areas, such as the lobby and lounge, were also well-decorated and provided a comfortable atmosphere to relax in. Additionally, as a senior person, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The elevators were conveniently located and easy to use, making it effortless for me to navigate the building.

I would have preferred if the staff had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been helpful if they had provided assistance with carrying luggage up the stairs or offered a helping hand when using facilities such as the pool or fitness center.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, responding immediately to WhatsApp queries. The duplex was comfortable, clean and even had shampoo/shower gel etc. The location was fantastic, with a very short walk to a popular attraction. Price was very reasonable given we booked quite last minute. Nice apartment, lovely bathrooms. Convenient location with good shopping in the street. Excellent location close to a transportation hub and to a metro station. The roof terrace was amazing for sitting and eating out on a warm evening. Dishwasher and washing machine both very useful. Some excellent restaurants nearby and a useful supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The sun terrace was fantastic and perfect to sit and relax.

The apartment was awesome! It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, like a fridge and TV. Plus, the location was perfect. Just a short walk from the metro station, making it super easy for me to explore the city and visit all the famous attractions. And the best part? There was a fantastic gelato shop nearby that had the most delicious and natural flavors. It was the perfect treat after a long day of sightseeing!

Now, let's talk about a few minor hiccups during my stay. there were a couple of small maintenance issues, like a broken shower attachment and a thermostat that was coming out of the wall.
